There was a problem in starting the chat within your web browser. The most common problem is that Java is not working properly in your web browser. Here are some tips to solving this problem:

  1. Verify that you have the latest updates for Java.
  2. Verify that the Java is enabled in your web browser.
    3. These instructions are based on Internet Explorer 7, so you will need to interpert if you are using a different browser. In your browser window select Tools then Internet Options. In the Internet Options window click on the Programs tab.

    In this window click on the Manage Add-ons button.

    In this window click on the Name Header to sort by name. Scroll down to the Java and ensure that all of these are listed as Enabled. If any of these are set to disable then click on it and set it to enable. Making a change here may require that you restart your web browser.
